The International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP), through the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE), in partnership with Norde International Distributor Inc., led a six-day Robotics Training and Seminar Workshop using the DOBOT Magician to enhance students’ technical competencies in robotics and automation from June 2 to 6, 2026, at MCNP-ISAP HM Hotel.

The workshop was facilitated by Engr. Erico Quiambao, Lead Applications Engineer, and Engr. Zeus Isla, Field Service Engineer of Norde International Distributor Inc., provided hands-on training and demonstrations using CITE’s DOBOT Magician robotic arm.

The participating CITE students utilized the DOBOT Magician, an all-access robotics training arm, to gain practical experience in robotics programming and industrial automation applications.
Through the multi functional capabilities of the DOBOT Magician, students learned manual and automatic control operations, suction cup control, pen and writing applications, desktop drawing, laser engraving and 3D Printing.
