The International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP), through its College of Computer Engineering, has formalized a strategic partnership with Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Tuesday, March 14, 2026.

This collaboration marks a significant step in ISAPโ€™s commitment to delivering high-quality, globally competitive education in information and communications technology (ICT), as it becomes part of the Huawei ICT Academyโ€”an internationally recognized program that equips students with industry-relevant skills and certifications. Representing School President Dr. Christian R. Guzman at the signing ceremony was Atty. Cristina Guzman-Natividad, Vice President for Innovations and External Initiatives.

Through this partnership, Huawei will provide access to certification programs, curated learning resources, and specialized training aligned with current industry standards, strengthening studentsโ€™ technical competencies and preparing them for the demands of a rapidly evolving global workforce.

The agreement also underscores the importance of strong industry-academe collaboration in bridging the gap between education and employment, ensuring that graduates are both academically equipped and industry-ready.
