Dedicating decades of milestone amidst pandemic
Through the cinematic and creative virtual platform, another year was passed to acknowledge the founders’ selfless endeavor for paving the firm pathways of excellence over the two decades.
With the theme, “Overcoming challenges, building resilience and sustaining the culture of excellence,” Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines and International School of Asia and the Pacific commenced the first day of virtual joint celebration through a Thanksgiving Mass led by Rev. Fr. Antonio Sibayan.
Due to the existing protocols of the pandemic, the institution opted for a joint virtual founding anniversaries celebration where more than 1000 students have joined the said program via Facebook live.
Ms. Winnie Cancejo, RRT, MPH., (OIC for Academic Affairs, Mr. Christian R. Guzman, MBA (OIC president), and Madam Wilma Roa – Guzman, Ph.D. (Executive Vice President) graced the opening program through their words of inspirations and encouragements followed by the lighting of the torch. This highlighted the opening program whereas MCNP-ISAP, ISAP Tuguegarao, and ISAP Kalinga performed in their respective campuses.
“The past years leading today were filled with a lot of challenges and difficulties brought about by COVID-19 Pandemic yet amidst everything that has happened we learned about ourselves, as individuals, as formators and educational institutions,” Guzman said in his inspirational message.
MCNP – ISAP highlighted activities and events like the Praise and Worship, Academic events like Collage Making Contest, Debate, TV Broadcasting, Quiz Bee, Isang Pasasalamat: an online concert, Employees Association’s “Upo Kayo, Kami Naman”, Alumni Online Kuwentuhan, E-Sports, and Search for Ambassador and Ambassadress.
