To all students, faculty, and staff of MCNP-ISAP, please be sure to carefully verify the source of any emails you receive that claim to be from the school or any affiliated office. 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚.

𝙏𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮:

1. 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 – Official emails from MCNP-ISAP will always come from a domain ending in @𝙢𝙘𝙣𝙥.𝙚𝙙𝙪.𝙥𝙝 or @𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙥.𝙚𝙙𝙪.𝙥𝙝. and only the Accounting Office carries the @𝙜𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡.𝙘𝙤𝙢 domain.

2. 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 – Verify that the email contains the sender’s proper name, title, and contact details.

3. 𝘽𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨 – Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments unless you are sure of the sender’s authenticity.

4. 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 – If you encounter any questionable emails, report them to the IT department or the administration immediately.

5. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮.
