The office supports the participation of students, faculty, staff, and academic departments in community-based initiatives while fostering partnerships with government agencies, private organizations, and other stakeholders. It works closely with the institution's offices and departments to ensure the effective delivery of extension services and the successful implementation of community development programs.

FRAMEWORK

The extension is a public service work by an academic unit, faculty, staff, and students, individually or as a group. This function of an institution is a contribution to achieving excellence in social, and public service, especially the under-served sectors. The extension generates, validates, and applies knowledge that can enrich instruction and research. Therefore, to come up with a good program plan and become effective in the implementation and be guided in the operation of the extension program, standards must be significantly observed where extensionists must tail.
