CBLE 2024: ISAP’s Lumelay Shines, Leading 92.56% Passing Rate

Ma. Franchesca Lumelay of the ISAP Customs Administration Department has brought honor to her institution by ranking 8th in the recent Customs Broker Licensure Examination (CBLE) 2024. This achievement marks the schools’ third national board topnotcher for the academic year, solidifying its reputation as a premier institution for producing top-caliber future professionals.

With a remarkable 92.56% passing rate for first-time takers, ISAP has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in customs education. The overall school performance of 67.57% and the national passing rate of 44.08% further highlight the institution’s significant contribution to the development of skilled customs brokers.

Michael Suldan, Dean of the College of Business Education and Management, expressed his pride in Lumelay’s achievement, stating, “The Department of Customs Administration lives by our mandate, *Excellentia Nostra Cultura*, and it is no surprise that the department has produced another topnotcher in the name of Ms. Lumelay.”

CB Eduard John Opina, CA’s Program Coordinator, added, “Great achievement is not a matter of luck, it’s a matter of sacrifice, hard work, perseverance, discipline, and faith.”

Lumelay’s accomplishment solidifies her position as the 34th national board topnotcher in the Customs Administration department’s history.
