Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines (MCNP) and International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP), in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office II (CHEDRO II), successfully hosted a Regional Workshop on the Alignment of Roles, Work Plans, and Priority Actions for Health Professions Programs.
The activity gathered key academic leaders, program heads, and stakeholders from higher education institutions across Region II, aimed at strengthening coordination, enhancing monitoring and reporting mechanisms, and ensuring alignment of regional priorities in health professions education.

The program featured messages from Dr. Christian R. Guzman, President of MCNPโISAP, and Dr. Julieta M. Paras, CESO III, Director IV of CHED Region II, along with plenary sessions led by CHED focal persons and regional academic leaders. Workshops focused on aligning institutional roles, refining work plans, and reviewing monitoring and support systems for health programs.

The event concluded with a presentation of key agreements and strategic directions, reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing quality, relevance, and excellence in health professions education in the region.
