MCNP, ISAP conduct trainings, webinars for employees
In view of the Employees Development Plan (EDV), the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines (MCNP) and International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP) commenced the conduct of its institutional trainings and webinar on May 29, 2021 via Zoom.
Norway Saludares, head of ICT office shared his knowledge and expertise regarding on “Microsoft and PowerPoint Presentation” during the 1st session. Afterwards, he conducted a workshop on animated presentation and integration of infographics.
Topics to be discussed in the succeeding sessions are Strategies and Effectiveness on Teaching Pedagogy for Learners, Orientation on inputting of grades to the SIAS, Video recording and editing using other available apps on the internet for Classroom Discussion, Mental Health Issues for Non-teaching personnel during COVID-19 Pandemic, Positive Work Attitude this Pandemic, Effectiveness of Management Styles and its Coping Mechanism, and Research Interest.
This endeavor which was initiated by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) is an offshoot of the result of the Training Needs Analysis conducted by the Research Development Center (RDC). It will be held every Saturday and to be attended by all employees. Through this activity, the MCNP and ISAP will be able to continually give its best service to sustain its Culture of Excellence.
